AN EXTRA MILE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
Recently a customer forgot to order any goody bags and press packs for an event. At 9am the morning before, we received an email asking for 200 press packs and goody bags. We set to work packing the goody bags and collating press packs which had to arrive by 12 noon that same day. The bags arrived on time and in addition we sent a company representative to be present. The event was a resounding success and our customer was over the moon!

Our dedicated customer support website is www.aestheticsource.com. This website allowsyou to order with real-time stock control, keep up to date with product information, new marketing materials, published studies, training course dates and events.
Our websites are regularly updated. We also have an active social media presence to keep daily interest in our various brands and engaging consumers.
OUR TRAINED STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE:
Our team are extensively trained on clinical and sales training by the founder of Aesthetic Source, Lorna Bowes RGN NIP, supported by external trainers for specific needs. We regularly support our trainers to attend UK and international conferences as well as global training seminars. They will also visit our manufacturing and research facilities to expand their knowledge.
Sharon Morris is our Customer Care Manager, and has a wealth of experience in this field. . Sharon trains all staff on customer care, administration systems and IT.
Training at Aesthetic Source is ongoing and regularly adapted to reflect the changes in the way we work, as the company grows.
