To process a prescription order for SuneKOS you must register through our affiliate pharmacy's SignatureRX electronic private prescription service. Once registered, your order will be dispensed and fulfilled by Smarta Healthcare, an NHS-approved pharmacy dispensing hub. Get started by following these 3 simple steps:

 

1. Complete & Return Required Documents

To begin, please complete, sign, and return the following:

• Account Opening Form
• Brand Guidelines
   

2. Register with SignatureRX

Once we’ve received your documents, our Customer Care team will send you a confirmation email containing a registration link for SignatureRX, our affiliate pharmacy's secure electronic private prescription service.

Follow the instructions in the email to complete your registration.

Once registered, you will receive your PIN via email.

 

3. Access Your Dashboard

After logging into SignatureRX, you’ll have access to your personal dashboard. From here, you can:

• Set up patient profiles
• Add and manage pharmacy contacts
• Purchase private prescription tokens*
• Create and submit prescriptions directly to the pharmacy

 

*The purchase of tokens is not a payment for the product itself. Tokens are solely used to enable the submission of private prescriptions via the secure SignatureRX pharmacy portal. Products cannot be purchased directly through the SignatureRX system - tokens simply facilitate the digital prescription process with the dispensing pharmacy.
