We continue to adapt and develop our services to help support you through these challenging times. We are all working together to implement new systems to help support your business including:
- maintaining your customer’s skin care needs throughout this period including ways to support you particularly if you are now working as a key worker.
- remote training on skincare needs, ingredients and other subjects for general skincare education, business advice, support and training.

Dr Amiee Vyas will be sharing her experience of adjusting daily practice to meet the needs of her clients in the current environment. She will discuss remote consultation as well as home care packages to meet all budgets.

Your Business Support
Our Business Development Managers are here to support you throughout these challenging times and will continue to support you and your business remotely via telephone, text or teleconferencing. Please feel free to contact them directly for any advice, support or training needs as well as any advice on how to utilise the ‘Client Resources’ we provide you for each brand.

Deliveries
We continue to work with our warehouse and delivery providers to keep you up-to-date with information regarding the delivery of parcels to your workplace or home.
Parcelforce cannot guarantee next day delivery at the moment. It may take an extra day or two but they will endeavour to make the deliveries as quickly as possible.
To avoid contact, the drivers are signing on behalf of the recipient instead of the person being asked to do so on electronic pads.
