Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY (Standard and Dropship orders)

Dates or periods of delivery stated in the contract are only approximate.

For UK mainland orders less than £100.00 excluding VAT there will be a standard delivery charge of £7.50 excluding VAT

For Channel Island / Isle of Man / any BT Postcode orders less than £100.00 excluding VAT there will be a standard delivery charge of £12.50 excluding VAT

For Republic of Ireland orders less than £500.00 excluding VAT there will be a standard delivery charge of £30 excluding VAT

For Republic of Ireland orders we will ship using DHL, with despatches every Thursday if orders are placed before 12noon on Tuesday.  Orders placed after this time may not be guaranteed despatch via DHL. UPS is also an option, please contact us for more information.

Upon despatch we will endeavour to email the Buyer a despatch notification showing delivery address and products included in the order, back ordered items will state a 0 quantity or if part shipped the quantity shipped. This email also contains tracking information so the Buyer can be responsible for tracking their order.

The Buyer shall ensure presence at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. The Buyer shall always check the number of parcels received upon delivery and sign the Consignment as ‘Unchecked’ to confirm that the items have not been inspected in respect of any damages and /or missing items. If the parcel appears damaged, the Buyer shall sign the Consignment as ‘Damaged’ and inform the Company within three (3) days of receipt of goods.

SAME DAY DESPATCH

Orders must be received before 1:00pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch. The Company may deliver the goods in instalments. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. Each instalment will be shipped on a next working day delivery service. The Company can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery of items. Next-day delivery is available for mainland UK only. Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, IOM and IOW can be up to 5 working days. Delivery to Republic of Ireland can be up to 5 working days and may be subject to import duties, taxes and clearance charges, which will be the responsibility of the Buyer.  Republic of Ireland orders will be shipped incoterms DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Saturday deliveries to UK mainland can be arranged by request but cannot be guaranteed and will incur an additional charge.

RETURNS, DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

The Company shall not be liable to the Buyer for any damage or loss, shortages in quantity delivered or any defects in the products unless the Buyer notifies the Company in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods. The notification must include the name of the Buyer; the quantity and description of the good(s); photographic evidence; the invoice number and date of invoice. Where liability is accepted, the only obligation of the Company shall be, at its option, to replace any goods found to be damaged or defective and/or make good any shortage or non-delivery and/or refund the cost of any such goods by a credit note.  

If goods have been ordered in error the Buyer must request a Returns code from the Company to return the goods. No goods will be accepted as a return without a code. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in perfect saleable condition. The Company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels without a confirmation of the despatch of the parcel to the Company.

If goods have been ordered in error, the Buyer must pay for the return and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the returned Product value. If goods are being returned because they are faulty or damaged, the Company will pay for the return.
