AestheticSource has appointed Louise Kipling as its new business development manager.

Louise has a background in beauty cosmetics and aesthetics, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company. She previously spent 10 years working for a premium cosmetic brand as well as seven years at the largest aesthetic business in the UK.

Working as a regional manager, Louise built strong relations in and focused on coaching and mentoring her teams to bring out the best in them.

At AestheticSource, Louise will be working closely with customers within her region to provide product knowledge training and support to help them grow and develop their business. She will be assisting with product launches and events to support customers alongside building their portfolio and increasing sales.

I'll be bringing my energy and passion for skincare and devices within the field."
