Best Newcomer: Emma Ansell, Logistics and Customer Care Advisor

Emma only joined us in the Autumn but she has already shown true team spirit, the ability to get on with tasks and she brings the spirit of fun to AestheticSource!

Sam’s passion for what she does always shines through. She is an inspiration to us all and an extraordinary salesperson.

Award for Trust: Andrew Bell, Finance Supervisor

Andrew joined us this year as a temporary member of staff who quickly showed his calm, can-do approach and was warmly welcomed into the team. From changing tyres to dealing with spreadsheets, he is always there when we need him!

Award for Authenticity: Natalia Uribe, Customer Care Advisor
Natalia joined us when the pandemic began and embraced her role immediately, stepping up to help the team. She has grown professionally during her time with us and it's a delight to watch her flourish.

Award for Excellence: Louise Kipling, National Sales Manager
Some people work hard behind the scenes, and it is only in applying for a new role that we got to see her true potential. Now in post as National Sales Manager and truly delivering, Louise is a very well-deserved recipient of this award.

Employee of the Year: Kacey Roche, Customer Care Team Manager

Kacey really stood out as the winner of this award as she is always willing to help everyone and she has taken on increasing responsibility with ease this year. Watching her develop has been a joy and we can’t wait to see what 2022 holds for Kacey.
