"If I were to build a clinic portfolio again, I would definitely cherry-pick from my favourite brands and would be very clear about price points. We should understand the profile of our patients, as this will guide us to the price points we wish to offer our clientele. A low, mid, or high-priced version of hero ingredients for example – and consider whether you should choose two or three price points?"
